Okay, so I do not do well in the heat. My entire family would be the first to blare this headline to anyone who might listen.

Well folks, it is going to remain under 90 degrees today. That is something to celebrate over, and thought I would make mention of it. Two years ago, when we had no shades on the windows, we felt like a bunch of fish in a very hot fishbowl. We did not run our a/c much, and still do not. We feel like the pioneers that lived here years ago. Actually, I am happy to report that I am FINALLY getting used to (I think) the heat. It does make your nerves a bit frayed, with everything else going on around here, but I am happy that I do not have to depend on it for happiness or a state of well being.

Isaiah 45:5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

I am the Lord, and there is none other; there is no God besides me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me.
That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the West, that there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there is none other.
I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and create evil; I the Lord do all these things. (wow)
Ye heavens send the dew from above, and let the clouds drop down righteousness; let the earth open, and let salvation and justice grow forth; let it bring them forth together; I the Lord have created him.
Woe be unto him that striveth with hi maker, the potsherd with the potsherds of the earth; shall the cla say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, It hath none hands?
Woe unto him that saith to his father, What hast thou begotten? or to his mother, What hast thou brought forth?
Thus saith the Lord, the only one of Israel, and his maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the works of mine hands; commend you me.
