My husband, the artist!

We traded an outdoor furniture set for this chest, which is actually a sideboard for a dining room set. Craig began refinishing it last year, and Jared helped first to sand it. Craig then did what's called a "crackle" finish on it, which took about
4 coats of different "paints".

As you can see, he is incredibly meticulous in how he goes about this process, which ofcourse drives me, the "just get it done" gal, NUTS! Anyway, this dresser could sell for alot, but we are not planning to part with it anytime soon. It is the first full dresser we have ever had in our bedroom.

He did a great job, did he not???

SEEDS

The seeds are growing. bit by bit! Isn't Spring wonderful?

Joelle and I

Joelle dressed me up for a "ball". Don't we look smashing?

me & Craig

twenty one years and counting

This was taken 1 week before our anniversary. For our special day, we went to see Amazing Grace and out for Mexican food. March 1, 1986 seems like a lifetime ago, and yet sometimes like yesterday.

Happy Valentine's Day

This is a collection of the chocolate boxes we have collected over the years. It creates a nice memory.

Grammy & Jack

Eating out was so much fun with Grammy and Uncle Jack!!!

Great food, and just fun to get out and not cook. This was desert at Los Canarias.

Yeehaw, the rodeo was great! We had not been for several years. Truman enjoyed riding his pony!

Joelle, Grace Kathryn, & me making cookies

Baking Valentine's Day Cookies with the girls, in preparation for Grammy and Uncle Jack.

cleaning

Kathryn is the organized one, between the girls. I can learn alot from her. I have no organizational ability whatsoever. I have learned to accept myself the way I am. My talents lie in other areas....I think....

A post on just Truman

Look, I am too big for this changing table!!

This is Truman's first s'more. I can assure you, he likes it. . .
